Local Manufacturing & Eco-Conscious Shipping

Whenever possible, we manufacture and fulfill orders locally to help reduce our carbon footprint. If there’s a partner facility closer to your country or region, we can connect you with them to lower costs and environmental impact. We also offer international shipping where no local option exists or if you prefer a different route.

Production & Processing Times

  • Standard & Semi-Custom Items (Store Products): Production typically takes 1–5 days before your order ships. After production, please allow 1–2 additional business days for final processing and packaging.
  • Fully Customized Projects: Production times vary based on design complexity and order quantity. We’ll provide you with an estimated timeline once your design is finalized.
  • Shipping Methods

  • Store Purchases: At checkout, you can select from Standard, Express, or Expedited shipping (where available). Costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
  • Personalized/Custom Projects: We will quote shipping prices for each method separately and include the chosen option in your final invoice—these won’t appear as selectable options in the online store checkout.
  • Delivery Time

    Delivery times depend on location and chosen shipping method. We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable service, but weather conditions, customs delays, or other unforeseen factors may occasionally affect timelines. That's why we usually have an extra time room to overcome unforeseen factors.

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package and get real-time updates on its whereabouts.

    International Shipping

    We’re happy to ship to select countries outside our domestic zone.

    • Duties, Taxes & Import Fees: International orders may incur additional fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
    • We’ll let you know if a local manufacturing or shipping partner is available in your region to further minimize costs and environmental impact.

    Shipping Fees

    • Store Items: The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
    • Custom Orders: Shipping fees are quoted separately and added to your invoice once the final shipping method is chosen.

    We occasionally run promotions or free shipping offers for qualifying orders—keep an eye out for any specials!
